Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of any product or service offered by SMMVersa (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole trader business operated by Snizhana Rudakevych, trading address: 3rd Floor, Old Stock Exchange, St Nicholas Street, Bristol, BS1 1TG. By purchasing a product or service through our funnel or website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Products and Services

SMMVersa provides organic short-form video content and social media marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly content packages (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Standalone LinkedIn management
  • The £47 “Your First Million Views” guide
  • The £247 Content Audit
  • Photo shoot add-ons
  • Meta/TikTok ad management

Full details of current packages and pricing are provided on our website, funnel pages, or directly by us prior to purchase.

2. Orders and Payment

All purchases made through our funnel are processed and invoiced via Anna Bank and/or Stripe, depending on the product or service purchased. Payment is due as specified at the point of purchase or on the invoice issued. For monthly retainer packages, a minimum 3-month commitment applies, plus a one-off £750 setup fee where applicable.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased or a service has been delivered, including digital products (such as the guide) and completed audits. This applies regardless of whether the product or service has been accessed or used.

If you believe there has been an error with your order or payment, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate in good faith.

4. Content Audit Credit

Where stated, the £247 Content Audit fee may be credited toward the first invoice of a full content package, provided the client signs an agreement for that package within 14 days of the audit being delivered. This credit is not available outside that window and is not exchangeable for cash.

5. Cancellations (Monthly Packages)

Monthly content packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the minimum term, packages continue on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. No refund is given for the current billing period upon cancellation.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to relevant accounts, assets, brand materials, and approvals
  • Respond to content review and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure any content, images, or information supplied to us does not infringe third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final approved content transfers to the client upon full payment. SMMVersa retains the right to use completed work in its own portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver strong results for every client, we do not guarantee specific view counts, engagement, follower growth, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (platform algorithms, market conditions, client responsiveness, etc.). Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
