Last updated: 4 August 2026
SMMVersa (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole trader business operated by Snizhana Rudakevych, trading address: 3rd Floor, Old Stock Exchange, St Nicholas Street, Bristol, BS1 1TG. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What Data We Collect
When you interact with our website, funnel pages, or sign up for our newsletter or guides, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business industry
We do not collect or store payment card details directly. Payments for our products and services are processed securely by our payment providers, Anna Bank and/or Stripe, depending on the transaction. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.
2. How We Collect It
- When you submit a form on our website or funnel pages (e.g. newsletter signup, guide download, Content Audit request)
- When you purchase a product or service through our funnel
- When you contact us directly by email
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide to:
- Deliver the product, guide, or service you’ve requested or purchased
- Send you the SMMVersa newsletter and marketing emails, where you have opted in
- Understand your business and tailor our offers and communications to your industry
- Issue invoices and manage payment for services rendered
- Comply with our legal and accounting obligations
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:
- Consent — for newsletter and marketing emails, given at the point of signup
- Contract — where processing is necessary to deliver a product or service you have purchased
- Legitimate interests — for basic business administration, such as responding to enquiries
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal data with the following third parties, solely for the purposes described above:
- GoHighLevel (Stratex) — our customer relationship management and email marketing platform, used to store contact details and send communications
- Anna Bank — our invoicing and payment platform, used for paying clients
- Stripe — our payment processing platform, used for paying clients where applicable
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored electronically within GoHighLevel and, where applicable, Anna Bank and/or Stripe. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, and in the case of paying clients, for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law (currently six years).
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in every email we send. Unsubscribing stops marketing communications but we may retain your data as required for legal or contractual reasons.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to our legal obligations
- Object to or restrict how we process your data

- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Our website and funnel pages, hosted via GoHighLevel (link.smmversa.com), may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand visitor behaviour and improve our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
